This webcam is on the Metservice web site and provides a great view over Wellington. 

Live  video  can be viewed by clicking on the player opposite or link below.   The webcast is best viewed in Silverlight Media Player ,  Real Player. or Mplayer under Linux or Os-X. Totem and VideoLan also work well. Flip-4-Mac is available for free for Apple users. The Silverlight player will work for Mac users also
