Fr Walter is a man in love with scripture. He is a member of the Society of the Missionaries of Africa and has studied scripture in Jerusalem, Rome, Leuven, Ottawa and Paris. He is currently professor of Biblical Studies at St Paul University in Ottawa, Canada.

Fr Walter has worked in many dioceses and parishes throughout the world. His down-to-earth exploration of how scripture can enrich us on our journey has been valued by those people.
