Elyssa Pallai, Marketing Strategist, previously with Telecom Mobile, has extensive experience in both client and agency environments, working with technical and marketing teams to deliver successful e-business, technology marketing and creative projects. Elyssa's passion and success is in developing strategy with a special focus on a useful and useable customer experience.

Elyssa has worked with fortune 1000 clients including Siemens Wireless Terminals, Incyte Genomics, Sprint Communications, StoreRunner and Bell South. In her most recent role Elyssa worked on Telecom New Zealand's business case for 3G technologies. Marketing and service development experience includes third generation (3G) mobile multi-media content and applications, wireless devices, general telecommunications, internet and intranet development, and genomics.

Jon Labrie from Blister (ex-Weta Digital CTO), has been an IT systems analyst for nearly 20 years. As Chief Technical Officer at Weta Digital he was the principal architect of the IT infrastructure used to create the Academy Award® winning digital visual effects for The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Jon recently departed Weta to found a startup company focused on the wireless gaming space. As such most of his recent life has been spent trying to understand this potentially lucrative and fairly chaotic market. He'll give his impressions of some of the current business and technical issues facing both the small mobile game developer, and the market as a whole.
